The Intermittent Fasting Lifestyle

Eat less. Live Longer. That logic seems to suddenly shed new light of understanding to me since I had that 2nd Sleep Paralysis episode. How our body actually self-destruct whenever we eat...anything foreign or outside of our self, is immediately considered enemies and therefor must be eliminated even to the point of suicide. That's how our internal organ secretes digestive enzymes.
Oh wait....

Okay I suddenly feel I should post this new discovery on FB and here how it goes....

Why The Bible is True?
Eat less. Live Longer. That logic seems to suddenly shed new light of understanding to me. How our body actually self-destruct whenever we eat...anything foreign or outside of our self, is immediately considered enemies and therefor must be eliminated even to the point of suicide. I'm into a regular 16 hours Fasting each day and I feel sudden GOOD changes.
Here are good sites you can visit to study this proposal...
